Avon Maitland District School Board
Avon Maitland Schools Canada provides a full service English education with a focus on student success. Our mission is to Engage, Inspire and Innovate and we believe that students, staff and parents are “Always Learning”. We welcome our international guests while appreciating the diverse perspectives they bring to our classrooms and communities.
We take great pride in our English as a Second Language program, assessing each student to determine the level of ESL support they need. We teach them English in small classes of only 5-7 students. International Students are also supported individually by our Academic Principal, who works directly with schools and students so that they meet their academic expectations.
Avon Maitland has become a very popular study abroad destination attracting students from over 20 countries. Students choose Avon Maitland for the quality of education, the passion and spirit of its schools and the attractive mix of urban and rural lifestyles. We offer an excellent and affordable educational program.
